Chargeback and Payment Agreement

By placing an order with BarbzShop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You certify that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method provided.

• You agree not to file a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank or credit card company if your order has been successfully delivered or received.

• If there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact BarbzShop first so we have the opportunity to resolve the matter before any dispute is filed.

• Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback after receiving your merchandise may be considered chargeback fraud. We reserve the right to provide all available evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, IP address, billing information, and any other relevant documentation.

• By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
