Please carefully review your size, color, style, and shipping information before placing your order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selected by the customer, or unwanted items.

If BARBZ SHOP sends you an incorrect item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

BARBZ SHOP does not issue refunds for merchandise that a customer keeps. If BARBZ SHOP specifically approves a return, the merchandise must be returned and received before any eligible refund is processed.
